FAA USAS Designated Agent
Concord International Aviation LLC was established in 2013 to offer professional aviation services globally. We now also operates as a designated FAA Agent. Our agency serves foreign pilots without a US address, aiding in compliance with the new regulation under FAR Part 3 Subpart C. Pilots worldwide can designate us as their agent in the USA to maintain the validity of their certificates.
Obligations under the regulation include:
- April 2, 2025, for new certificate applicants
- July 7, 2025, for current certificate holders
CIA LLC ensure prompt forwarding of all FAA correspondence via USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc., for a nominal annual fee of $89, encompassing mail forwarding. Payment through PayPal, credit, or debit cards (VISA, MC) is accepted and automatically renews by January 2 annually unless cancelled before this date.Failure to have an approved US address will make your certificate invalid and illegal to use.
